[Dock-fans] Compiling and running on SGI Altix 350

Dear Dave,

       You can find the latest version of MPICH at 
http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/mpi/mpich/.  You should be able to download 
the library from there.  I have also forwarded your email to someone who 
works at SGI and has been helping us with compiling.
