dear dr. dung,

i forgot to post the answer i got.

below is the answer to my question from Dr. Dolan of Tripos. Sybyl format was a pdb format with only coordinates, sequences and headers.

1. The SYBYL .pdb file format follows version 2.2 of the RCSB, but has a
lot of information stripped out of it. See the attached files. One is
from the RCSB and the other is output from SYBYL.

2. Of course SYBYL can convert a RCSB .pdb to a SYBYL-formatted .pdb and
as far as I know, this is the only way. I even looked at Babel, but I
didn?t see anything related there.

Best wishes,

               **** SYBYL 7.1 available now! ****
