[Dock-fans] Meaning of restart_interval

Let's say:

restart_interval 100

So, the program starts, and processes 100 molecules, it then writes
restart information to disk. Then it processes another 100 molecules,
then it re-writes the restart information.  Another 100 molecules are
processed, and again the restart information is written to disk.
