[Dock-fans] Amber rescoring error

Dear Scott,

Yes I was able to resolve the issue. I had a problem with the directory path so I logged in as the superuser and so no error came up regarding the file path. However, I was still getting an error with the tleap, so
I installed DOCK 6.7 again but this time rather than just building the DOCK program, I selected the "make all" from step 4 of the DOCK6.7 user manual and this seemed to fix the problem with the tleap. Initally in my bin folder I did not have the "tleap" and "teleap" however after installing the "make all" the "tleap" and "teleap" appeared in the bin folder.

Kind regards,
