 Hi Shirin,

Unfortunately, there is no manual. Although, we have documentation for DOCK3.7 on the wiki:
http://wiki.docking.org/index.php/DOCK_3.7

Most of the 3rd party software you need to install is for ligand preparation.
The software for receptor preparation is distributed with dock.

You can get most molecules already prepared for docking from zinc15.docking.org.

You might find this tutorial useful:
http://wiki.docking.org/index.php/DOCK_3.7_2015/04/15_abl1_Tutorial

I hope that this helps,

Trent

Subject: [Dock-fans] Downloading DOCK 3.7

Hi
I an new here. I just downloaded DOCK 3.7 and tried to follow the instruction on this page:

http://wiki.bkslab.org/index.php/Install_DOCK_3.7

to install the program.

It is not clear to me which of the third party softwares (e.g. OpenEye, AMSOL...)
are necessary for running DOCK.

I want to know if there is a manual that specify all the necessary programs

Thank you
Shirin
